Today’s current road users face many problems due to ageing roads, floods and heavy vehicles on the road. Potholes are a common sight but current repair works are not up to par as traditional repair methods require a longer process and uses a temporary filling, causing the issue to reoccur. Studies about road conditions and their many problems have led to our innovative invention that was successfully tested to suit the Malaysian climate.

Introducing

We designed and tested multiple road patch solutions across 24 months that aim to solve the issue of potholes and cracks in the road.

ExaPatch was successfully born out of this process and is designed to properly withhold, strengthen and fill-up potholes and cracks under all weather access.

It is laid onto roadways, forming a waterproof seal and extending the life of repairs.

How Does It Work?

01 Loose material and debris is cleaned from the pothole

02 Pothole and other affected areas are filled with asphalt cold mix

03 Asphalt cold mix is compacted until the surface is levelled

04 ExaPatch sticker is peeled and applied onto the prepared area

05 For ExaPatch Torch On, rear surface of the patch is lightly heated up

06 Compact patch until it’s levelled and ExaPatch is ready to be used
